We endeavor to keep all information contained in the Everyday Pearls website up to date. However, prices, listings, articles and other information is subject to change. While we have taken all reasonable care to ensure the information contained on the website is accurate, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information of this website.

1. PAYMENT & PURCHASE DETAILS

• For all purchase inquires, please contact Borgi via email or phone 1.604.932.2468.
• If you see a piece of jewelry that you would like in a different colour or shade of pearl, let us know as we are happy to customize your order.

2. TAXES

• 7% PST is applicable in British Columbia only. 
• 5%  GST is applicable in all of Canada.
  

3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns with refund of the purchase price are accepted on the following terms:

• You must contact Borgi within 14 days of receipt of the item to discuss the matter before any return can be approved. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Shipping costs and deposits on custom work are non-refundable.
• Returns are executed the same way as a payment.

4. SHIPPING RATES & HANDLING

• Shipping is via Canada Post.
• Items will be shipped using ExpressPost service in a padded envelope up to 500 grams (a bit over 1 lb), and includes insurance and package tracking.
• Estimated delivery times are approximately 1 week in Canada and up to 2 weeks to major urban centers in the US.
• The flat shipping rate in Canada/United States is $2.50 USD. Everywhere else $5.00 USD.
• Duties in foreign countries are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. CUSTOM JEWELRY WORK

• If you would like complimenting jewelry for your bridesmaids dresses or any special event, please contact Borgi for any questions or quote.
• There is no charge to shorten a necklace or bracelet, prior to sending them out.
• To lengthen a necklace or bracelet may incur a charge if it has to be re-strung.
• In the rare case of a defect, all repairs are free of charge.
• If you would like earrings to complement a necklace or bracelet, contact Borgi (design and price to be agreed upon via email prior to beginning work.)
• Any custom work over $50.00 will require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to beginning of work.
